Ven principal operations including financial market trading, remittances, foreign exchange and direct investment, P2P exchange and other aspects of human and machine based transactions over the Internet. These activities require varying levels of regulatory clearance depending on the market in which services are offered or developed, including but not limited to money transfer or banking licenses in particular jurisdictions.
Authority candidates with access to regulatory clearances may enjoy added advantages and the ability to develop or offer additional services beyond the basic operations of Ven Authorities, and indeed Hub Culture itself.
Approved Authorities should enquire with Hub Culture for compliance and other guidelines regarding operations before launching or announcing services in Ven, subject to terms and conditions provided in comprehensive Authority agreements provided on an individual basis.
